Golden Tortoise makes no claim that KevCoin can be exchanged, sold or used as a store of value. By receiving KevCoin as part of a purchase of the film KevCoin: The Movie, Golden Tortoise is not selling in anyway the KevCoin token. No cash, or other crypto currency can be refunded for the purchase of the movie and the free token/s.

Owning the KevCoin token is not a tradable investment and selling on to third parties is not what the token was designed to do or be.
